There are 2 ways of Gas Pipeline Replcement,one is Using Nitrogen With Saparation Pig,the other one is to use Nitrogen Alone,it is called Air Pushing Replacement.
Nitrogen With Saparation Pig Replacement is place one set of pigs into the pipelines,and full fill Nitrogen among pigs.Push with Gas the last pig from the Launching Station to the Terminal Station,so that the air inside the pipeline with be replaced by Natural Gas,the Oxygen Content in Gas shall not exceed 2%.

Air-pushing Method is to fill directly into the pipeline Nitrogen.Start to fill in Matural Gas when Nitrogen has formed a fixed pilar in the Pipeline,and carry out replacement directly without the use of Saparation Pig.
When the Gas Content has reached 95% and above and is successfully lit,it means that the replacement is completed.
