---The Reconstruction Project of Water Pipeline in Shenyang
Nanta Water Distribution Plant
Nanta Water Pipeline Renovation Project from the intersection of Shenshui East Road and Changqing Street to the west valve side of CNPC oil station. The total length of the pipeline is about 5910 meters,the pipe specification is DN2000 concrete pipe, the wall thickness is 220mm. The project opened the largest diameter of 2 meters pipeline rehabilitation first, and accumulated valuable experience for the future of China's large-diameter pipeline rehabilitation work.
The pipeline was laid in the nineties, has been running for more than 20 years, the pipeline pressured by the soil and large vehicle dynamic load vibration, more leakage points, serious waste of water resources, daily maintenance work increased , to ensure that the pipeline safe operation,environment protection,
reduce the amount of earth excavation work, and use U-HDPE pipe shaped lining technology to recovery the old pipeline.
