Record of No.4 Pipeline Project From Shanxi to Beijing
Preface：The No.4 pipeline of ShanXi,the length is 130 kilometers,with characters of small water resources,pipeline cross the mountain,more sections and difficult to dispatch,our staffs fight with dessert and mountains,from summer to winter,from early morning to late night,we finished the main part in three months and be famous for the speed.
The No.4 gas pipeline project from Shanxi to Beijing, the pipeline specifications was 1219 × 18.4 / 22 / 26.4mm, design gas transmission capacity is 250 × 108Nm3 / a (8500 × 104m3 / d), design pressure is 12MPa, the whole line using steel pipe of grade X80M ,topography mainly for the river valley ,earth hills, and plain desert.
Our company undertake the second section of Shanxi-Beijing No.4 gas pipeline project: 38.7km desert, 90.691km mountain section, total length 129.391km, total 13 section to construct. Although the water source shortage, more construction
sections, road approaching difficult, and high construction difficulty, but under the leader of Zhang suozhu’s management team,all members of the project department will work closely together, and overcome difficulties. From 3st July to 30th September 2017, lasted nearly three months, the main project all successfully completed, to October 10 the final work was finished. 100 days without accident, high quality and efficient completed the established goals, got the praise of Party A, EPC and the owner, and called "Shanxi fourth speed".
We Zhongtuo staffs will continue to keep this brave and Zhongtuo spirit of continuous fighting ,continue to write the legend of Zhongtuo.
