MFL Inspection Qualification Certificate
Congratulations! ZTPE is one of the first batches of companies who are awarded as
qualified MFL Inspection unit in China by General Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC; meanwhile, we are also few units who are capable
of independently research and develop internal inspection equipment. The detection system
is suitable for long distance oil and gas transmission pipeline for various defects of pipeline
body, variations of pipe wall, pipe wall material changes, identification of internal & external
defects, identification of pipeline characteristics (coupling, repair scar, elbow, welding joints,
tee etc.), which could provide comprehensive information such as defects area, degree,
location etc., and scientific basis for pipeline safety operation and maintenance.
MFL Inspection System (generally referred to as intelligent PIG) travels inside pipeline
with transmission medium as driving force and conduct online
non-destructive testing, which is regarded as main pipeline inspection technology
both in China and other countries.
In recent years, transmission pipeline is heading toward integrity management,
while internal inspection is essential prerequisites of pipeline integrity management.
Implementation of the system could improve pipeline safety, reduce operation risks and
bring significant social and economic benefits.
