Underground pipeline lining repair project of process plant of Sinopec Jiujiang Branch Unit is the key clear water and blue sky project of Sinopec, the leaking and old pipeline project is lining repaired without excavation and pipe exchanging, and has pipes in pipes formation, and seepage-control environmental protection effect. The project has low investment, short construction period, little environmental impact, not affect the production, and good construction safety performance. This modified project includes the drainage pipelines of coking plant parts, pushing device parts, two joint device parts, gas fractionation facility and solvent deasphalting facility etc, the project length is over 10 km (including 402 manholes), the planning construction period is 6 months. After the completion of the project, which can completely change the pipeline leakage and the present situation of the environmental pollution, play an important role for Sinopec Jiujiang petrochemical Unit puts forward the clear water and blue sky projects.
The project has been started since April 5, 2015, Jiujiang projects department of company insisted on fine management concept, civilized construction, scientific organize production, strengthening field management, strengthening the process control and refinement environmental protection measures, good quality and schedule to ensure engineering safety, quality and efficient executed. At the same time, according to the characteristics of petrochemical factory, tank farm and summer construction conditions, the project department strengthens the safety management, actively carry out safety training, and organize experienced technical and security personnel written construction plan and detailed arrangements, to guarantee the project safety and smoothly running.
Up to July 18, Jiujiang Project Department has been completed 2.1 km pipe lining and 100% lining acceptability. All work of the project is progressing.
