Safety culture, a part of the enterprise culture and core value in Halliburton, is seen as a key point in world-leading petroleum engineering service company Halliburton. Wherever in the world, safety awareness is put in the first position, because it refers to everybody.
In Halliburton, fully serving customers follows after employee’s safety and health. The company won’t compromise to HSE instead for better business achievement. The company made a promise: minimize impact on environment, fully control risk, keep safe working model. Halliburton requests every employee to be responsible for self and others.
