Xihua-Fugou high pressure gas pipeline project succeeded
Earlier October, 2013, a exciting news came from oil construction department that the project of Xihua-Fugou high pressure gas pipeline had been initiated. The project had been the fourth cooperation between Henan Zhongtuo Petroleum Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd and Zhoukou Natural Gas Co.,Ltd since the last three-time cooperations including pipe installation and repairing in 2010,2011,2012. The several projects above indicated Zhongtuo’s highly occupational spirits of actively solving difficulties, high grade equipment and professional technologies, high standard project construction, focusing on quality, good reputation. Meanwhile, it also was the embrace of professional technologies and construction strength.
We used L290M Spiral Seam Two-facet Insert Arc Welding Steel Pipe with DN323.9*7.1. And the full length of pipeline was 58.125 kilometers, besides; its designed pressure level was 4.0Mpa. The whole project covered the following units as follows: measurement and rowing, pipe fit-up welding, start-end station connection, earthwork, cathodic protection, testing, pigging, pressure testing, drying, displacement and so on. The project would be a key one belonging to Zhoukou Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.
Upon wining the biding, the leadership paid much more attention on this project. Such as: the relative leaders called for and formed a project management department; and held a few conferences management members and technological members attended to make and optimize construction organization scheme, risk precaution and control plan. In addition, the leaders requested the project department to fully organize manpower, carefully arrange construction, to guarantee we can orderly deploy manpower, goods and materials, equipment. What was the most important, we must reshape the excellent image relying on modest working attitude, working style of not afraid of difficulties and overcoming difficulties.
