Pipe line Hot Tapping Project In Sinopec Holhot
None-stop operation pipe line hot tapping project in Sinopec hohhot started on August 3rd. After hard work of all staff in emergency department, the project was completed with high quality and safety on August 24th .
The project including 9 parts on 7 kind pipe lines none-stop operation hot tapping . Such as fuel gas pipe line, mixed oil pipe line and light oil pipe line. The pipe lines with different diameter send different medium. Under the tight schedule, there are more security risk, more aerial work. With the lead of Geng Shuwen manager, organizing and arranging well, sticking to make good pre-job security education and training, finishing kinds of prepare work carefully. We communicate repeatly with Part A about "security risk plan," "blocking construction technology program" and change plan better. All staff with full energy obeys operation requriments strictly. The device and equipments kept clean, HSE managed well and our work accords to the civilization construction.
