Congratulations：Entire Rizhao - Dongming Crude Oil Pipeline Successful Completion of Pigging and Caliper Survey
Under the leadership of production manager Suozhu Zhang and cooperation of project manager Zizhen Zhang, Changing Chen and Fengling Shang, after 15days hard work, our Pipeline Pressure Test Company (branch) has accomplished Entire Rizhao - Dongming Crude Oil Pipeline Pigging and Caliper Survey construction (length,446.23km).
Entire Rizhao - Dongming Crude Oil Pipeline started from Lanshang Port Rizhao City, Shangdong Province to Dongming Petroleum and Chemical Company Dongming Town Heze City, Shangdong Province and went through Linxi, Pingyi, Gunzhou .etc, totally 17 towns and cities. With an entire length of 446.23km, among which the pigging and caliper survey areas could be divided into three parts: Rizhao Station(starting station)---Pingyi Pigging Station, 173.77km; Pingyi Pigging Station---Gunzhou Sub-distrubution Pump Station, 104.91km; Gunzhou Sub-distrubution Pump Station---Dongming Station(end station), 167.55km. The pipeline has 5 process station of all kinds including: 1st station,1; pump station, 2; sub-distribution pump,1; end station, 1. Pipeline has 20 times to cross great, medium rivers and 50 times to cross roads and highways.
In order to meet Sinopec’s time requirement for pipeline commissioning, our company carefully prepared and made scientific construction program and related contingency plan. According to actual situation of the pipeline, we used three constructing teams to work at the same tine and mustered 18 sets of AIRMAN Air compressor, 3 sets of pressurizer, 3 sets of Command vehicle, 8 sets of production related vehicle, 6 sets of tracking system. Each team has 6 sets of Air compressor and one set of pressurizer to prevent pipeline from twisting and getting PIG balls stuck, thus making sure Entire Rizhao - Dongming Crude Oil Pipeline(446.23km) Pigging And Caliper Survey completed smoothly in 15 days.
