Notification about the Arrangement for New Year’s Day
To the all the company branches, departments,
According to the national requirements and the company’s decision, the office staff will enjoy the New Year’s Day holiday from 1st Jan. to 3th Jan. for three days, and work normally on 31th Dec. 2011 (i.e. Saturday). The production departments should make effective crew arrangements according to the concrete construction process, and make personals of the company branches and functional departments be on duty that all the things should be ready the same as normal work time such as information communication and coordination in time, deployment of the equipments, personal and goods etc. especially for the project leaders to have good thought training and safety consciousness to make sure all the work will be constructed reposefully during the holiday!
Support crew should continue working during the holiday, no other personal to be on duty. All the branches and departments should make ready for the company meeting after the holiday.
Pay tribute to the personals who are still working at site during the holiday for their hard working!
